I don't like the color or the makeup. Can I return it?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns due to the nature of the product. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you have a store that sells the product nearby, it is always a good idea to try to see the color in the store and/or try it on before ordering online so you know exactly what you are getting. Monitors vary, and lighting affects the way a color appears, so it can sometimes be hard to tell the exact color when you are looking at cosmetics online.
What are your combined shipping rates?
For cosmetics, we charge full price shipping for the heaviest item, 75 cents for each additional item. For large quantities, please contact us for a shipping quote.
My package hasn't arrived and it has been over a week. What should I do?
Please let us know if you haven't received your package within a week or so and we will check the delivery confirmation number. Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor if you aren't home, delayed for some reason by the USPS, undeliverable if the mailing address is incorrect, etc. We will try to help you track your package down!
Do I need shipping insurance?
Insurance is not required, but is recommended. The USPS will occasionally lose or damage a package. We cannot be held responsible for these packages since once we ship an item, it is out of our hands. Items are packaged securely, but there are rare occasions when even the most careful packaging is no protection against the USPS. Shipping insurance is $1.65 for up to $50, $2.05 for up to $100 value.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please contact us right away if you should receive an incorrect item or items. Do not open or use the product if it is not what you ordered, as we will need to have it returned in the original condition to make the exchange. As much as we try not to, we occasionally do make mistakes, and will happily correct the error if we send you the wrong items, including paying for return postage.
